AEP – Alpha Entrepreneurial Partners is an internally managed, BaFin-registered investment fund structured as a special AIF, focused on listed small- and mid-cap companies in the DACH region.

We invest in publicly listed companies whose entrepreneurial potential is often not yet fully recognized or reflected by the capital market. Our approach combines the accessibility of public markets with a distinctly entrepreneurial, private equity-like mindset.

As an engaged minority shareholder, we work closely with the management teams of our portfolio companies and support their strategic development from within the supervisory board. At the core of our approach is an ownership agenda that we seek to implement together with our companies, typically including corporate governance, strategic positioning, operational excellence and capital markets orientation.

We have developed and successfully executed this strategy over many years, including on behalf of a Luxembourg-based family office.
