Family Office Club-Lunch “US small caps, US real estate - between sentiment and fundamentals”

The US capital market, characterized by multiple geopolitical crises, was further burdened by the erratic decree policy of the US President. International investors are holding back on US equities - and the real estate market in North America is also not currently generating euphoria among investors. From a valuation point of view, the window of opportunity for investments could hardly be more favorable.

US small caps promise favorable valuations and have lagged significantly behind large caps in recent years. And according to market experts, the North American real estate market is at the beginning of a new cycle. But as always: look closely - then buy! If you look at the US small cap index Russell 2000, for example, it quickly becomes clear that the difference in quality between the companies listed in the index is considerable.

At this club lunch with CP Capital and Spruceview Capital/Santander Asset Management, we will discuss how to select the right US second-line stocks and where there are promising real estate projects.
