Boston, USA, October 10, 2025 – Rödl & Partner continues its growth trajectory in the United States by opening a new office in Boston, Massachusetts. With its eleventh location in the U.S., the consulting and auditing firm strengthens its presence in New England – a region known for its economic dynamism and strong international orientation.

The opening of the new office in Boston – the 117th Rödl & Partner office worldwide, spread across 50 countries – underscores our commitment to providing personal and professionally excellent advisory services, close to our clients and close to the markets, says Prof. Dr. Christian Rödl, Chairman of the Management Board.

Our expansion into Boston is another consistent step in our ongoing development in the U.S., emphasizes Martin Wambach, Managing Partner responsible for the U.S. Since launching our U.S. headquarters in Atlanta in 2001 and strategically expanding into key regions like New York (2013) and Chicago (2008), we have steadily built our presence – always with the aim of supporting German-speaking companies with deep expertise and a solid understanding of the U.S. market.

The new office is led by Rick Kasnick, Partner responsible for the Northeastern U.S. Local operations in Boston are managed by German-speaking Partner Dieter Berger, who is based in the city. His experienced team supports companies with comprehensive expertise in tax consulting and auditing. Their services are complemented by more than 400 colleagues across ten other U.S. offices, who bring in-depth knowledge in areas such as sales and use tax, transfer pricing, and transaction advisory. The firm’s focus is tailored to companies in industries such as manufacturing, biotechnology, aerospace, defense, and engineering services.
