Anthropic files confidentially for an IPO

The AI research company has submitted a draft registration statement to the SEC, putting it among a small group of companies eyeing a public listing at $1tn+, with run-rate revenue reported above $47bn. Anthropic is an underlying asset of  VenCap 6, VenCap 13B, VenCap 15,  VenCap 16, VenCap 17, VenCap 18 and VenCap 19.

 

Ramp raises $750m at a $44bn valuation

The corporate spend management platform nearly tripled its valuation in a year, crossing $1bn in annualised revenue and 70,000 customers while embedding AI agents across procurement, accounting and payments.. Ramp is an underlying asset of VenCap 6, VenCap 13B, VenCap 15, VenCap 16 and VenCap 17.

 

Cyera raises $300m at a $12bn valuation

The Israeli data security company has lifted its valuation from $9bn just five months ago, with its AI-based platform helping organisations discover, classify and protect sensitive data across cloud environments. Cyera is an underlying asset of VenCap 6, VenCap 13B, VenCap 15, VenCap 16 and VenCap 17.

 

Mach Industries raises $300, Series C at a $1.8bn valuation

The defence technology start-up nearly quadrupled its valuation in a year, with five autonomous platforms in development, a new rocket-motor business, and a Navy contract for a runway-independent strike aircraft. Mach Industries is an underlying asset of VenCap 16 and VenCap 17.

 

Fonoa raises $110m Series C and acquires PwC’s Indirect Tax Edge

The AI tax operating system covers the full indirect tax lifecycle across 190+ jurisdictions, and the acquisition adds compliance and filing to its platform for customers including Uber, Netflix and Booking.com. Fonoa is an underlying asset of VenCap 6,  VenCap 13B, VenCap 15, VenCap 16 and VenCap 17.
