Shield AI Raises $1.5 Billion at a $12.7 Billion Post-Money Valuation

Shield AI is a deep-tech and defence technology company building autonomous systems for military and security applications. The company announced a $1.5 billion Series G at a $12.7 billion post-money valuation, alongside $500 million in fixed-return preferred equity financing, with additional capital committed to support future growth. The funding will support the continued scale-up of its Hivemind autonomy software and V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft platforms, which are already supporting operations globally. Shield AI is an underlying asset of VenCap 6.

Harvey Raises $200 Million at an $11 Billion Valuation

Harvey is a legal technology platform that enables law firms and in-house teams to run complex workflows through AI agents. The company announced $200 million in new funding at an $11 billion valuation, which it will use to expand the agents customers run on Harvey and to grow its embedded legal engineering teams globally. Harvey says more than 100,000 lawyers across 1,300 organisations now use the platform, with traction across the majority of the AmLaw 100, more than 500 in-house legal teams, and 50 asset management firms across 60 countries. Granola Raises $125M at a $1.5bn Valuation

Granola is an AI-powered workplace productivity platform focused on turning conversation transcripts into usable company context and workflow infrastructure. The company announced a $125M Series C at a $1.5bn valuation, alongside product launches including Spaces, new APIs, and additional enterprise administration features. Granola is increasingly used by both large enterprises and high-growth technology companies, and is positioning itself as a layer through which teams can organise, access and deploy conversational context across other tools. Granola is an underlying asset of VenCap 6, VenCap 16 and VenCap 17.

Oasis Security Raises $120 Million

Oasis Security is a cybersecurity company focused on securing non-human identities such as AI agents, bots and other automated tools with access to enterprise systems. The company announced a $120 million funding round, bringing total capital raised to $190 million, and said it will use the proceeds to expand research and development, sales, and go-to-market teams. Oasis is benefiting from growing enterprise demand as companies, particularly large financial institutions and other Fortune 500 businesses, adopt agentic AI tools and seek to manage the associated access risks.
