Bloomberg reports that the company has received investor offers for a new funding round that could value it at about $800 billion or higher, although discussions remain early and a deal may not materialise. The interest reflects Anthropic’s rapid commercial progress, including reported annual run-rate revenue of $30 billion and discussions around a possible public listing as soon as October 2026. Forbes reports that the company has raised an additional $40 million, extending the $125 million Series A it announced only months earlier and bringing total funding to more than $190 million at a $1.5 billion valuation. Resolve says customers including Coinbase, DoorDash and Salesforce have materially reduced investigation and resolution times, highlighting growing demand for AI tools in production environments. Mintlify Raises $45 Million Series B at a $500 Million Valuation
Mintlify provides developer documentation and knowledge infrastructure used by more than 20,000 companies, with content reaching over 100 million people each year. The company announced a $45 million Series B at a $500 million valuation to accelerate its ambition to become the knowledge layer that helps products remain understandable, usable and discoverable by AI agents. Mintlify says documentation is becoming core infrastructure for AI-native workflows, with nearly 50% of documentation traffic now coming from AI agents and AI-assisted usage. The new capital will support product development across automation workflows, MCP support, AI agents and broader integrations. Mintlify is an underlying asset of VenCap 16 and VenCap 17.
Luminai Raises $38 Million Series B
Luminai is an AI-native enterprise automation platform focused on healthcare operations, helping health systems manage administrative and operational workflows. The company announced a $38 million Series B, bringing total capital raised to $60 million. Luminai is positioning itself as an orchestration layer for complex healthcare processes across access, revenue cycle, compliance and other functions, as providers face cost pressure, staffing constraints and fragmented systems. Proceeds from the round will be used to expand product capabilities, engineering capacity and enterprise deployments. Luminai is an underlying asset of VenCap 16.
