The first quarter of 2024 was as challenging as expected for the economy and the real estate industry and even more difficult for many other companies and communities. The global crises are increasing rather than being resolved. All our activities need more energy, dedication and resilience than ever. In the midst of these tough times, we would nevertheless like to share some positive results and news.

Our construction activities are progressing and we stay very much steadfast loyal to our targets and believe that the market will recover. We were able to secure an important anchor tenant for the Wilhelmine project. Homaris, a Serviced Apartments provider has signed a contract for the hotel part of the historic building ensemble. Last but not least, we have negotiated a head of terms with Leonardo Hotels Group for the largest building in Funkytown for a lifestyle hotel brand NYX and are on the path to complete and stabilize coe48.
