N A S Invest: N A S acquires Metropol office building in Copenhagen

Copenhagen, 15th September 2022. First acquisition in Denmark: N A S Invest has acquired the Metropol office building in Copenhagen from the Danish pension fund PensionDanmark. The transaction fits perfectly with the group’s Nordic acquisition profile, which focuses on Grade-A buildings in central locations in the capital regions that offer significant value-add potential through active asset management. The total GLA is subdivided into approx. 9,000 sqm of office and approx. 900sqm of retail as well as food and beverage (F&B).
